Do I have to purchase online?
No. You can pay by cash or check at your school site during normal business hours.
How can I purchase items for my students?
Click the "Your Family" link. Select a student from your list. Select a button from the Shop menu. This will take you to a page displaying a list of categories. Select a category to view a list of items available for purchase. Click the "Buy" button to add an item to your shopping cart.
How do I pay open fines/fees for my child?
Click the "Your Family" link. Choose a student and click "Pay Fines/Fees" from the Shop section. Click the checkboxes of the fines you'd like to pay. Then click the "Pay Selected Fines/Fees" button. The items you have chosen will be added to your shopping cart.
How do I find the activities for which my child is eligible?
Click the "Your Family" link. Select a student from your list. Select "Items At Student's School" from the Shop section. From here you will be taken to a list of categories. Choose a category to view a list of the items available to your student.
Can I pay for multiple students in one transaction?
Yes. You can add items to your cart for as many students as you like and pay with a single transaction. Click the "Your Family" link to choose a different student.
How can I print a fine/fee ledger or purchase history for my student?
Click the "Your Family" link. Select a student from your list. Under the Reports section select the report you would like to view. This will open a pop-up window where you can adjust the date range and print the report.
How can I change my user name, password, or contact information?
Contact the registrar at your student's school.
I do not see the "Your Family" link.
You are likely logged in as a guest. Contact the registrar at your student's school to obtain your TouchBase user name and password.
Why was my credit or debit card declined?
How do I request a refund?
If your card has been declined, please ensure that:
- your credit card is either an American Express, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card.
Note: bank cards and check guarantee cards are not accepted
- your card has an expiration date of the current month or later
- your credit card number has been entered correctly (no dashes or spaces)
- the billing address for the card matches the address you've entered into the form
- the card security code is entered correctly
